Caesar Chicken Pasta
Green Beans
Spumoni Ice Cream, Chocolate Wafers

This is a really quick, easy-to-throw-together pasta dish that tastes similar to pasta with an alfredo sauce. In the summer I don’t even bake it, I just heat it on the stovetop and sprinkle it with cheese and croutons right before serving. Hope you’re having a great day! The recipe can be found by clicking on the link below.

Hamburgers with Bacon-Cheese Topping
Baked Beans ala Jack
Corn
Sliced Tomatoes
Pickles

Tonight we’re grilling out – too humid and sticky to cook. The beans will go in the slow cooker early in the morning, and I put the slow cooker out on the screened porch to get it out of the way. The hamburger topping and baked bean recipes are a click away, and I hope you all have a great Tuesday!

Jazzed up leftovers:
Chicken Noodle Soup (leftover)
Barbecue Pork Sandwiches
Cantaloupe and Grapes with Yogurt Sauce

It was leftover night here, so I tried to be creative with what I had left. We had a bowl of leftover soup (which is always better the second day). Then I shredded the leftover pork tenderloin and mixed it with a combination of chili sauce and barbecue sauce, heated it on the stove, and served it on hamburger buns like sloppy joes. I mixed a little milk into some strawberry yogurt to make it pourable, and drizzled it over the fruit in individual cups. Nothing to write home about, but it was pretty good for leftovers! Hope you had a great Monday!

Chicken Noodle Soup
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Leftover Strawberry Cream Pie from last night

Nothing fancy tonight – just good old chicken noodle soup that I make quick and easy, and a sandwich. Sunday night suppers are usually quick and easy around my house. Hope your weekend was good!

Beef and Cheese Taco Salad
Sliced Cantaloupe and Strawberries
Strawberry Cream Pie

For tonight’s dinner I tweaked a couple of old Taste of Home recipes. The beef mixture for the taco salad is also good as a dip with Tostito scoops. Hope your day is a good one! Click below for the recipes.

Spaghetti and Meatballs
Breadsticks
Romaine, Cucumber, and Tomato Salad
Spumoni Ice Cream

I’ve got a taste for spaghetti today, so spaghetti it is! I don’t know where I got this recipe, but I like how the fennel seasons the sauce. It’s a little different from run-of-the-mill sauces, and we all enjoyed it. Click on the link below for the recipe. Enjoy it with a nice glass of red wine!

Crockpot Pork Roast
Mashed Potatoes
Corn
Lemonade Pie (leftover from yesterday)

I love to use my crockpot all year long. In the summer, I put it out on the screened porch to keep the kitchen cool. Since we eat out there most nights, it’s also handy to have most of the dinner out there already! To get the pork roast recipe, just click on the link below. Enjoy your day!
